I have experience working with military personnel, veterans, and veteran families. My experience includes troubles related to non-combat experiences as well as combat-related.
I am currently only accepting patients for evaluations and short-term psychotherapy (less than one year).
For active duty military, and their immediate family, those affected by Iraq or Afghanistan, I can work with a limited number of people, free of charge, in conjunction with the Give An Hour network (www.giveanhour.org). This network provides psychological treatment service to military personnel who prefer to get diagnosis and treatment outside of the military and can not easily afford the fees of a private practitioner. Please see www.giveanhour.org for details about that program.
For other military and veterans who would be outside the Give an Hour network, you are welcome to contact me about services. I am an "out of network" provider for Tricare, but Tricare will reimburse you for my services, at a dollar amount according to your policy.
