Office is located in the 8-story, red brick office building with columns at 500 Montgomery Street, corner of N. St. Asaph and N. Pitt Streets in Old Town Alexandria, VA.
It is next to a Sheraton Hotel on the back of the building, on the St. Asaph side.
There is an Italian restaurant at the corner of St. Asaph and Montgomery.
Receptionist at Suite 400: Enter the Suite, check in with the receptionist (You don't need to give your name, just say you are there for an appointment at a certain time). Just wait in the waiting area (complementary coffee or water in the cafe, big screen TV), and I will find you at the appointment time. Use the coat closet in the reception area or bring to the session room. Restrooms located at the entrance to the suite.
Free, street parking: Free, 2-hour parking on all the streets around the building.
Garage parking: Enter on St. Asaph Street under the building. Park on the LEFT side of the lot, either on P1 or P2, and take the elevator up to the 4th floor. (If you park on the Right side, the elevator will take you to the Sheraton Hotel). Bring your parking ticket and the receptionist in Suite 400 will validate it for you.
You can take Metro to Braddock Road (Yellow and Blue lines). It is about 7 blocks to the building. You could also taxi from the Braddock Road Metro.
From I-495 in Virginia: Take Exit 177B
Exit 177B Rt. 1 North, Alexandria Old Town. Head North on Washington Street. Go 17 short blocks. Turn Right on Madison. Either turn Left on Saint Asaph, look for parking, you are 1 block to the building, or turn Left on N. Pitt, look for parking, you are 1 block to the building. From Pitt, you can turn Left on Montgomery and look for parking. Note that Montgomery Street is One Way going West.
Very easy access from GW Parkway, coming from National Airport
Washington Street is the GW Parkway in Old Town. Come just into Old Town, turn Left on First Street (this is an easy left turn lane). Go one block. Turn Right onto N. Saint Asaph. Building is one block ahead on Montgomery and Saint Asaph.
From GW Parkway, from Belle Haven/Mt. Vernon.
The GW Parkway becomes Washington Street when you get into Old Town. Go 15+ blocks, South Washington Street becomes North Washington Street when you cross King Street. Right on Madison, Left on Saint Asaph to building.
From I-395
Duke Street or King Street exit
Head toward Old Town
Turn Left onto S. Washington, take this to N. Washington, to Right onto Madison, Left onto Saint Asaph, building ahead about 1 block.
