Office Procedures
For your first visit :
Please arrive 10 minutes early.  Check in with the receptionist.  Read and sign the Registration form and Informed Consent. (copy posted at this website too).   Just read, fill out and sign.  I'll answer any questions about the forms when we meet and give you a copy of the Consent.  I'll find you in the waiting room at the scheduled time.

Waiting room:
If you arrive early for your appointment, just wait in the waiting room.  I'll find you in the waiting room at the scheduled time.
Restrooms are located by the entrance to the suite.  Feel free to use the waiting area cafe (complementary coffee, water, TV, wifi).

Payment
Policy is to receive payment at each session:  cash or  check.  You can also use Paypal (see payment page) but must be done day in advance.  Your receipt will be ready for you, and if you write your check in advance, we can quickly trade payment for receipt at the beginning of the session. You can also leave your check with the receptionist.  If you forget your payment, you can take an envelope and drop it in the mail (to avoid the $5 weekly late fee).  Some people like to pay for several sessions in advance, and that's fine with me.

Cancellations
Cancellations and rescheduling must be done in person or through voice mail, NOT email as I don't check it that often.
If you know you are going to need to cancel, please give me AT LEAST 24 hours notice, or even more notice if possible.  It is hard to fill slots even with 24 hours notice.  But with more notice, I might be able to fill the slot.

It is "OK" to cancel with less than 24 hours, but you will be charged unless it is for an emergency.  Having to stay at work is NOT an emergency.  Minor aches and pains or "just don't fell too well" are not emergency illnesses.  Really bad weather, accidents, and extreme illness are considered as emergencies.   In case of bad weather, please check in with me to let me know if you can get in for the session, and make sure I can get to the office as well.

Rarely, but it does happen, I will need to cancel or reschedule.  If  this happens, I will give you as much notice as possible.  We will be sure I have all your  correct contact info on your Registration Form.  If contact info changes, please update my records.
