Payment
Payment may be made by cash, check, or PayPal.
The office PayPal vendor account is set up with a basic unit of 1 minute of session time; you will enter the number of minutes in the session when you request the payment. You can also enter a note about the payment. PayPal sends immediate notification of your payment to the office email.
Phone and IM sessions are payable in advance.
Testing and evaluations are payable in advance.
Receipts
In-office sessions: you will receive your signed receipt at the session. This receipt gives all codes and numbers needed for insurance reimbursement.
Phone and IM sessions: receipt sent via snail mail. Those sessions are typically not reimbursed by insurance, unless specifically approved by your carrier.
